Chris Wiener

Chris has over 29 years' experience with people- individuals, groups, teams and entire companies/organizations. In addition to working with a very diverse range of clients in Australia, he has cultural diversity experience from working in different countries. Chris believes that most people, whether at the individual, team or collective corporate level are capable and keen to develop and/ or change, provided they are treated with respect, shown in which ways to develop and supported on the way.

Helen Fitzroy

Work Safety Advocate, Author, Speaker and WA 2012 Local Hero Australian of the Year Helen is a passionate work safety advocate, author and speaker. Following the death of her husband in 1991, in an underground mining accident in Norseman, WA she was left a widow in her early thirties, with three young children to raise alone.

Gretchen Lumsden

Work, Health & Lifestyle Consultant, Public Speaking Coach and Mentor / Workshops Gretchen Lumsden has 20 years' experience in the health industry and is an Accredited National Speaker. Her sessions are entertaining, lively and packed with powerful information to save lives and ensure a healthy workforce. Since healthy workers are productive workers, Gretchen's session is essential at a time when industry is required to work more with less.

Paul Ramondo

A digital native with an innate passion for connecting brands with their target markets through online marketing technologies. Paul has been successfully leveraging digital mediums to drive increased awareness and return on investment for his clients over the past six years.

Optional Activities

Explore Bali by choosing one of the optional activities NECA has coordinated on your behalf. These activities are perfectly suited to the individual or couple looking to enjoy a mix of business and pleasure with other attendees from the conference. Activities will be conducted subject to demand and are limited to one activity per attendee, per day. Transfers will be supplied to and from each activity.

Golf

Bali National Golf Club is arguably now the flagship of Bali golf with spectacular views over the majestic Gunung Agung and the Indian Ocean. Your new golf journey commences amidst a lush tropical forest set on hilly parkland and then it's on into spectacularly landscaped coconut groves, before arriving at the penultimate par 3, 17th hole, where a golfer's question may well be "where's the fairway"! The 18th then awaits a 400 yard dogleg par 4, with the green directly in front of the clubhouse terrace, where one's putts will be dissected by the watching audience, while they are enjoying their cocktails.

Water Sports

Enjoy parasailing where you will fly 95 meters above sea level and enjoy the beautiful panorama of Tanjung Benoa and surrounding area. The friendly Parasailing Guide will provide you with the high safety equipment and short briefing before flying off. Your experience will begin from take-off on the white sandy beach to surround coastal area until landing back on the sand, followed by a thrill ride in a powerful Jet Ski and extreme banana boat ride. Includes:

  • Parasailing (1 round)
  • Jet Ski (15 minutes)
  • Banana boat (15 minutes)
  • Return transfers

Waterbom Park
